PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

When booking private accommodation through St Brelade’s College, as part of your language holiday, you are agreeing to the cancellation and payment terms & conditions listed. A non-refundable deposit is required when you book this.

ATLANTIC, MIRAMAR

Cancellation fee: 15 days or more – deposit fee only, 8 to 14 days – 50% of the full amount, 7 days or less – 100% of the full amount
Deposit: one night’s stay. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

BON VIVEUR

Cancellation fee: £50
Deposit: £50. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

FIELD HOUSE

Cancellation fee as per course terms & conditions.

HARBOUR VIEW

Cancellation fee: 50% of the full amount
Deposit: 50% of the full amount. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

LA PLACE

Cancellation fee: 43 days or more – deposit fee only, 15 to 42 days – 30% of the full amount, 3 to 14 days – 50% of the full amount, 2 days or less – 100% of the full amount
Deposit: one night’s stay. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

LYNDHURST

Cancellation fee: 7 days or more – deposit fee only, 2 to 6 days – 50% of the full amount, 48 hours or less – 100% of the full amount
Deposit: one night’s stay. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

PANORAMA

Cancellation fee: 29 – 42 days – deposit fee only, 15 to 28 days – 45% of the full amount, 8 to 14 days – 60% of the full amount, 7 days or less – 90% of the full amount, based on 7 day bookings i.e. a 2 week booking cancelled a day or two before arrival = 90% payment for 1st week + 60% 2nd week
Deposit: 1 night per 7 days. Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

POMME D'OR

Cancellation fee: 29 – 42 days – 50% of full amount, 1 – 28 days – 90% of the full amount, no advice – 100% of the full amount
Deposit: one night’s stay. Full payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.

PORTHOLE SUITES

Cancellation fee: 1 - 14 days – 100% of the full amount (unless the suite can be relet)
Deposit: £100. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

SEAWOLD

Cancellation fee: 29 to 42 days – 30% of the full amount, 15 to 28 days – 45% of the full amount, 8 to 14 days – 60% of the full amount, 3 to 7 days – 75% of the full amount, 0 to 2 days – 100% of the full amount
Deposit: £50. Full payment is due 3 weeks before arrival.

The school acts as an intermediary between you and accommodation provider. Any complaints concerning the standard of accommodation should be resolved between you and the provider directly in the first instance.
