Our adult student residence, Peterborough House has undergone a dramatic change. We have modernised all 12 bedrooms and bathrooms, in a similar style to the communal areas. The residence has a fresh and contemporary feel, yet retains some of the charm of the old merchant house, dating back to 1690.
Under 18 year olds can also now stay in our adult residence if accompanied by a parent/s. We have a sea view suite which is suitable for a couple and young child up to the age of 14 years or twin rooms available for parent and child.
The residence offers a reasonably priced and flexible option for families looking to travel, study and stay together.
